These terms govern your use of the Shieldwall Games website, the Mimir application, and any related services. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

You may browse this website freely. You agree not to misuse it by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to access it through automated means at unreasonable scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, artwork, and design, is the property of Shieldwall Games Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The names "Shieldwall Games", "Mimir", and "Ashborn" are trademarks of Shieldwall Games Ltd.

Email addresses

When you submit your email address through one of our signup forms, you consent to receiving product updates related to the list you joined (Mimir beta or Ashborn launch notifications). You can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Mimir subscription terms

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your Mimir subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then.

14-day refund. If it is your first Mimir subscription and you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

No content lockout. Your world files live on your computer as plain markdown. If your subscription lapses, you lose access to paid features (engine exports, MCP server, quest editor, AI quotas), but your local files always remain yours. We never delete, lock, or restrict access to your own data.

Pay-as-you-go credits. Credit packs do not expire. If you upgrade from the free tier to a paid subscription, your remaining credits carry over.

Ashborn CCG

Ashborn CCG is currently in development. All pricing shown on this website (including the approximate launch price of ~£30) is subject to change before the product is released. Pre-order and early access details will be announced separately.

Limitation of liability

This website and our products are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shieldwall Games Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
